KOT Pleads With President Ruto to Lower Unga Prices
Barely a day after President William Ruto took an oath of Office to serve as Kenya's 5th president of Kenya, Kenyans on Twitter are now pleading with him to lower Cooking flour prices as he had promised during his campaign.
Kenyans stated on Wednesday 14th that Ruto had promised to lower the cost of living for all Kenyans regardless of those who voted for him and those who never voted for him.
Among the things that Ruto had promised Kenyans are as follows: Maize flour one kilogram to retail at Ksh. 70, Free Wifi, free airtime. Additionally, Ruto promised to clear all the debt defaulters whose names had been blacklisted in the Credit Reference Bureau (CRB).
CRB is a corporation licensed by the central bank of Kenya to collect, store and combine credit information on persons and companies from diverse sources and offer the information in form of a credit report upon the request of a lender.

Netizens reacting to Ruto`s first day in Office stated that the President had promised to Reduce the Maize flour price immediately after he is sworn in but ironically in his first speech after being inaugurated he Appointed the 6 judges that the former president had 'refused' to appoint to office.
He also ordered the return of port to Mombasa and reduced the price of fertilizer to be reduced from ksh.6500 to Ksh 3500.

Now they are relocating Niavasha dry port back to Mombasa, why can't we have both. That's a very selfish and divisive politicking from the 5th C in C.
