According to reports, Duda has been arraigned before Kibera Senior Principal Magistrate Esther Boke and charged for causing a public disturbance.
So far, Duda has not pleaded guilty to abusing one Jarsob Gimda Roba by telling him that he would repeatedly make love to him, and also do the same to his mother.
Note; it remains unclear what led to the altercation of the abusive words between the two members of the Borana Community.
So far; Elders of the Borana community within the Deep Sea Slums have tried to solve these case but their efforts have ended in vain.
