Murathe Calls IEBC to Summon Moses Kuria over Vote-Rigging Remarks
Jubilee Party Vice Chair David Murathe now says Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) should summon Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria to shed light on his vote theft remarks.

Kuria made the remarks during United Democratic Alliance (UDA) National Delegates Congress (NDC) on Tuesday in Kasarani.
Murathe said as long as he is aware, no presidential votes were stolen in the 2017 general elections.
"Kuria should go to IEBC together with the people he mentioned and explain how the rigging happened. We are not aware of any rigging that took place.
"If he has any evidence that there was rigging, he should be in jail," Murathe said on a local television station on Tuesday.
The former Gatanga MP also defended Murang'a Woman Representative Sabina Chege who sensationally claimed at a rally in Nyanza in February that Jubilee duo of President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto stole the 2017 presidential election.
"Unlike Sabina Chege, Kuria said the people who rigged the election are here (at UDA NDC)," he said.
Murathe further said no rigging happened in 2017 because Jubilee had organized a strong campaign.
"We executed a fantastic campaign in 2017. We came out with 54 percent and ODM got 46 percent," he added.
