According to CCTV cameras reports obtained by Bright Kenya news, Mr.Macharia was thrown down from a six storey building.

The cameras also revealed that the victim was manhandled by the bouncers.

From the footage, a guard is seen punching the victim before a second security guard joins in assaulting the helpless man as they dragged him out of the club.

Macharia is seen having a fantastic time in the club before making his way to the kitchen area, as seen by surveillance cameras in his final moments. He is seen conversing with one of the employees before the situation suddenly escalates into a dispute.

Behind the counter, a member of staff alerts the security guards, who arrive quickly and begin pulling the reveler out of the nightclub.

The victim can be seen engaging the security personnel in discussion on CCTV, but things quickly devolve with them whisking him out and ripping his shirt in the process.

The victim is hauled out of the club by the guards and manhandled in the process. Before a second security guard joins the assault on the defenseless man, one guard is seen striking the victim.

The shirtless victim is seen attempting to re-enter the club but is wrestled to the ground by the same security personnel. Two more security officers arrive and place him in a storage room on the premises of the club.

Even though he is bleeding, the victim recovers his strength and manages to liberate himself from the guards for a short while. Unfortunately, despite protests from some of the revelers and the club's staff who had gathered around the fight, he is apprehended by the same guards and sent back to the storage room.

What happened next is unknown, as his body was discovered six storeys below, just minutes after he was locked up in the chamber. The victim had fractured arms and legs, as well as bruises around his waist, according to his father-in-law, Richard Wachira.

However, three persons have been arrested in connection with the death, including one of the club's owners, a security officer in the surveillance tape, and a member of staff.

The club's license has also been suspended, despite the fact that Macharia died of various organ damage, according to a post-mortem examination.
