Nyota Njema real estate limited, last weekend organized a title deed handing over ceremony that took place at the United Kenya club.

The event was attended by among others the company’s Chief executive officer (CEO) Perminus Kariuki, the company’s Managing Director, Waithera Kariuki, customers and new clients.

The event was marked by great performances from local entertainers that included Gilbert Barasa alias mtumishi, wandahuhu and Gikarati, with the event’s climax being the issuance of tittle deeds.

Speaking at the event, the company’s managing director Waithera Kariuki narrated the company’s journey from its first business deals to its current state now. She insisted on the role of mentors in coming up with the company’s dream, and steering the company to its current financial position.

Nyota Njema started as Nyota Njema homes whose focus was to manage property on behalf of clients in 2018. The company later grew into a real estate with several breakthroughs in its first year of existence. The company also faced its share of problems but through the help of partners such as BNI the company was able to witness several breakthroughs.

Some of the company’s wins include, having completed several projects in Nanyuki town that include phase 1 referred  to as Nanyuki Splendor, Phase 2 referred to as Nanyuki splendor 2 with 50 by 100 plots summing up to a total of 128 plots.

Other completed projects inculide the phase 3 that has 73 plots of 50 by 100 and phase 4 called the Nanyuki Sundown that has 28 parcels of halves and acres.

The company has several projects that are ongoing that include Phase 5 referred to as pride and phase 6 referred to as dawn.

The Managing Director further went on to indicate why the company decided to invest in Nanyuki, citing its good road networks, tourism attraction centers, the good climate and agriculture.

At the event, several clients could not hide their joy upon receiving their title deeds, with majority of them adding that they were looking forward to investing more with the company.   

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Perminus Kariuki, narrated his journey in the real estate industry, the challenges he faced, his achievements and his resilience to remain relevant to his real estate dream.

He further hinted on the possibility of forming a Sacco to help investors who are willing to buy land but do not have the full amount at hand. Kariuki went on to add that the company was allowing members a relaxed payment policy that mostly aims the youth.

On the government’s four agendas, Kariuki said that the company was aiming to come up with a strategy to deliver on affordable housing in the Nairobi metropolitan area.

According to the CEO, the company also aims to reach the international market by providing trusted developers to their international clients.
