Today Marks 6 Years Since the Garissa University Attack Happened
Kenyans remember 147 students who lost their lives on April 2nd, 2015 at Garissa University during an Al Shabaab attack.

On this day, April 2nd, 2015, Garissa University was attacked by the Al Shabaab militia where 147 students lost the lives.
Kenyans On Twitter (KOT) have remembered the fallen comrades while condemning the incident. Many have taken the opportunity to call upon the government to tighten security in the North Eastern Region in order to avoid such incidences.
