A New Revelation Has Come Up in The Sharon – Obado Case Battle During A Court Hearing Yesterday.

In the revelation, police failed to test semen found at Sharon’s Murder scene therefore delaying the arrest process of the killers.

Also, in the new emergence, the court established that police were also unable to get fingerprints on the condoms. Furthermore, the police stored the condoms in brown envelopes which is against the law since they envelopes could erase possible details.

The revelations were made in a court hearing against Governor Obado, his personal assistants Caspal Obiero and Michael Oyamo who were accaused of killing Sharon Otieno and her unborn child.

The three were accused in September 3, 2018.

Witnessing against the three in court yesterday, the then Deputy OCS Oyugis Mogire of Owade area in Homa Bay, received a stiff challenge from Obado’s Lawyer Kioko Kilukumi.

."Did you check whether the condoms had semen?" Kilukumi asked.

"I'm not sure," Mogire said.

"Do you know you could get the actual criminals by employing science?" Kilukumi asked. 

"I do know,"Mogire said.

Mogire also stated that she is not sure whether fingerprints were taken from the illicit brew found at the scene and neither was she sure if shoe prints were taken. 

 According to Mogire, she had handed over the matter to the DCIO. 

Mogire was the senior most police officer to visit the scene where Sharon was found lying in a pool of blood.

She admitted that they could have employed science to get the actual criminals but it was not done.
