How To Prepare Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients

1 tbsp vegetable oil

1 tbsp cornstarch

3 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp sesame seeds

1 cup peas

1 cup carrots sliced

1 cup mushrooms sliced

2 cups broccoli

1/2 cup chicken broth

¼ cup soy sauce

Baby corn

1 red bell pepper sliced

1 yellow bell pepper sliced

3 minced garlic cloves

Bunch of chopped green onions

Procedure

Place a large skillet on medium-high heat and add one tablespoon of vegetable oil.

Add bell pepper, peas, carrots, mushrooms, broccoli, and baby corn then Sauté for 3 minutes until veggies are almost tender.

In a small bowl whisk together soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar, sesame oil, chicken broth, and cornstarch.

Pour over veggies and cook until the sauce has thickened.

Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds
