7 Hour Traffic Snarl- Up Along Mombasa- Nairobi Highway
A deadly collision caused a traffic jam that lasted up to seven hours along with the Mombasa-Nairobi highway's Tsavo sector.

A truck collision occurred within a few kilometers of Mtito Andei.
The reason of the accident is unknown, but the truck's head was entirely demolished, and the driver is claimed to have died in the collision.
Motorists, including night passenger buses, were stuck in the area all night when both sides came to a halt as the truck blocked passage on the road
Slow progress has resumed, albeit the congestion has not yet been cleared completely.
