In their statement at the Langata police station where they were holed up for more than five hours, the Ndichu brothers now claim that the Murgor sisters are part of an extortion ring.

They claimed the sisters were in the company of men who were hell-bent on extorting them causing an altercation to lead them into becoming objects of blackmail.

Accompanied by their lawyer, Edwin Sifuna, the twins now want everyone captured on the CCTV charged with affray, an offense where multiple people take part in a fight.

On the claim of threatening to shoot, investigations have revealed that none of the Ndichu brothers is a licensed gun holder…

The investigation file is expected to be forwarded to the DPP's office for action.
